Lumpkin County CTSO Officers Attend Leadership Summit at UNG

Lumpkin County student leaders recently took part in a dynamic Leadership Summit at the University of North Georgia (UNG).

 

The gathering brought together Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) officers from across the region, focusing on effective communication, strategic planning, and team management.

 

Workshops, interactive seminars, and a keynote from an industry expert provided attendees with valuable insights and real-world leadership skills.

 

Students also had the chance to connect with peers from neighboring counties, fostering new partnerships and a spirit of community.

 

Alumni panelists highlighted the long-term benefits of active CTSO participation, inspiring attendees to embrace leadership roles.

 

Meanwhile, the Development Authority of Lumpkin County announced a major commercial project anchored by Publix Super Market and the upcoming Northeast Georgia Medical Center Lumpkin, both set to open in 2024.

 

These milestones signal ongoing growth and underscore the county’s commitment to nurturing future leaders.
